The WANYI EX-600W is a mid-range on-board charger (OBC) designed for golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), ATVs, and light electric utility vehicles. Featuring active fan cooling and IP67 waterproof and dustproof protection, it delivers stable 600W charging performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. The universal AC input (90–264V, 40–70Hz) ensures compatibility with power grids across North America, Europe, and Asia. Output voltage is factory-configurable from 12V to 48V, supporting lead-acid, LiFePO4, and NMC battery systems. With a power factor of ≥0.98 and efficiency of ≥91%, the EX-600W minimizes energy consumption and heat generation. Custom connector types and OEM branding are available for volume buyers.
