The OneE EL-1100W is a high-efficiency, fanless on-board charger (OBC) designed for industrial applications such as electric forklifts, floor scrubbers, and heavy-duty utility vehicles. Its passive aluminum housing with IP67 waterproof and dustproof protection ensures silent, maintenance-free operation in harsh warehouse and outdoor environments. The universal AC input (90–264V, 40–70Hz) supports global deployment without modification. Output voltage is factory-configurable from 24V to 72V, compatible with both lead-acid and lithium battery systems (LiFePO4, NMC). With a high power factor (≥0.98) and efficiency (≥92%), it minimizes energy consumption and heat generation. OEM branding and custom connector configurations are available for qualified buyers.
